Farm Apps gives no warranty as to description, quality, fitness for any particular purpose, and all such warranties expressed or implied by law shall, to the fullest extent permissible by law, be excluded.  You acknowledge that the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is not error-free and agree that the existence of such errors shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement.

This software is sold ‘’as is’’ and without warranties as to performance or merchantability. The seller’s salespersons may have made statements about this software; any such statements do not constitute warranties and shall not be relied on by the buyer in deciding whether to purchase this program.

The user is advised to test the program thoroughly before relying on it. All due care is taken to store data securely but the user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  Any Liability of the seller will be limited exclusively to product software replacement or refund of purchase price.

  • The user undertakes not to copy, reproduce, translate, reverse-engineer, adapt, vary or  modify  the SOFTWARE PRODUCT nor make it available in any form to any other person through re-sale or otherwise except with the prior written consent of Farm Apps Pty Ltd.
  • Farm Apps Pty ltd reserves the title, ownership and all rights and interests to any intellectual property or work product resulting from its use and analysis of such information. 

The above terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Farm Apps Pty Ltd (ABN 90 150 714 855) with regard to the Software, which you accept by clicking on 'Yes' below, and such agreement may not be modified except in writing and agreed by both parties.  If any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it is to that extent deemed omitted and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.  This agreement will be construed and enforced in accordance with the law of New South Wales.

    Farm Apps Pty Ltd (“Farm Apps”) respects your right to privacy and is committed to ensuring that we are open and transparent with you in relation to our management of your personal information.     Farm Apps takes all reasonable steps to ensure that personal information that is no longer needed or required to be held is securely deleted or destroyed.

    Farm Apps utilises cloud services and your personal information may be disclosed to the cloud service provider or host for the purpose of storing the information. Our cloud service provider is located in multiple countries including Australia, UK and the United States. Because of the nature of cloud services, these countries may change from time to time.

    Farm Apps is committed to ensuring that your personal information is not misused, lost or subject to unauthorised access or disclosure. Our cloud service provider’s data centres are housed in nondescript facilities, with high security and physical access strictly monitored and controlled. The provider uses firewalls and other protective devices to help ensure the security of information stored in the cloud.
  8. Access and correction of your personal information

    When you browse our website it may store cookies.
